Stamply (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Stamply app.

Stamply is designed to help you turn your photos into collectible stamp pieces and organize your personal memories.
We do not require account registration and we do not intentionally collect personal data.
2. Information We Access
To provide core features, Stamply may request access to the following:
Photos & Camera
Used to allow you to capture or import images to create stamps
All processing is done on-device
We do not upload or store your photos on external servers
Location (if enabled)
Used to tag stamps with location and display them on the map
Location data is used only within the app
We do not track your location in the background
3. Data Storage
Your data, including:
Photos
Stamps
Collections
Location data
is stored locally on your device.
If iCloud sync is enabled, your data may also be securely stored in your personal iCloud account and synced across your devices using Apple’s iCloud services.
We do not have access to your iCloud data and do not store your personal content on our own servers.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties.
5. Third-Party Services
Stamply may use Apple-provided system services (such as camera, photo library, and location services) to operate properly.
These services are governed by Apple’s own privacy policies.
6. Security
Since your data is stored locally on your device, its security depends on your device’s own protections (e.g., passcode, Face ID).
7. Children’s Privacy
Stamply does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
